Confirmation of bookings
A 50% deposit of the quote will be required to confirm your booking. If the deposit is not paid within 7 days of being requested, Ripe Art reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice.

Cancellation of bookings
Once confirmed any booking cancelled outside of 7 days notice, will incur an administration fee of $200.00 or 10% of the catering quote (where the value of the booking exceeds $2000.00). The remainder of the deposit will be refunded.

Please note
Bookings cancelled within 7 days prior to the function, will result in the customer forfeiting their full deposit.

Final Confirmation
Confirmation of final attendance numbers for catering purposes is required 5 days prior to the event. Please ensure numbers are telephoned or emailed through.

Payment
Amounts are to be paid in full on the day of delivery or supply, unless prior arrangements have been accepted.
Where the final amounts vary significantly from the original quotation provided, a final invoice will be issued and must be settled within 7 days.
Payments can be made by; Cash, Cheque or Direct Deposit.
Unfortunately, Ripe Art DOES NOT have eftpos or credit card facilities available.
